While there is a new Mercedes CLK out and about, a new Mercedes CLK Black Series isn’t exactly available.
This is why RENNtech has decided to give the older one a serious treat in preparation for its send off.
In the already insane tune and availability of the Mercedes-Benz CLK 63 AMG Black Series, the Florida-based Mercedes specialist RENNtech has come up with some quick acting crazy pills.
Among other offerings from the Americans, the AMG Black gets a new aerodynamic kit to help it stick to the ground as best possible.
There’s just one thing, like the CLK 63 AMG Black, the RENNtech aero kit doesn’t tell the entire story in its spec sheet list.
With RENNtech’s additions we find that all components have been properly researched into offering seamless applicability and fittings to the original body work. Apart from looking good and not falling off the kit is said to offer improvements in vehicle performance and handling.
That’s all lovely, but we should speak about what comes included in the price. Speaking of which, the entire RENNtech setup will cost you a fiver under $6500.
For that sort of money you get three things that are said to make a big difference for your Mercedes CLK 63 AMG Black. All of the parts are made from carbon fiber and they conclude the list into a front splitter, a set of front brake air ducts and a new air box. The fully adjustable DTM style rear wing doesn’t have its price listed yet.
