The new 2019 Vauxhall Combo Life is an extremely appealing and affordable mini-van, which offers plenty of practicality for a large family. It also comes with Opel`s new design language and is fully-tweaked with the latest safety systems and high-tech gizmos.

Chevrolet Malibu Hybrid

This midsize hybrid vehicle outperformed its hybrid competitors in many reviews and rankings, sitting almost at the top of the entire midsize vehicle class. Tina Muller, Chief Marketing Officer at Opel, stated that the Karl city car is actually a “short, snappy and catchy name”, representing the German carmaker`s values.

The details with the upcoming Opel Karl are rather limited for the moment, as both the Karl and the Viva model from Vauxhall will be only launched next year at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show.

However, rumors state that the Opel Karl will be standing on the SCCS Adam`s platform and would sport a 1.2-liter as well a 1.4-liter petrol unit, while the possibility of a new 1.0-liter turbo might also be an option.

The Vauxhall Viva was announced to debut next year, at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show event, but the company couldn’t wait so long and released the first teaser.

The Vauxhall Viva will fil the gap between the Adam and the Corsa models, coming as well with a personal touch, available at just 7,000 GBP in the UK, meaning that it would closely compete against the Hyundai i10 and Dacia Sandero, the best-selling car so far in Europe.

The Vauxhall Viva will be sporting a pleasant and simplistic look, offering space for five passengers, the model also paying a tribute to the first Vauxhall Viva model, built between 1963 and 1979.

Under the roof, the new Viva will use the same engines seen on the Adam model, meaning a choice of three- and four-cylinder units, gasoline as well as diesels.

The Vauxhall Adam Rocks is a follower of the concept car bearing the same name, first unveiled in 2013, at the same Geneva Motor Show.

But this year`s model is redefined, to receive retuned springs, dampers and rear suspension geometry, sitting higher with approximately 15 mm than the regular model.

Other updates that the Adam Rocks received involves an electrical three-layer folding canvas roof, made out of neoprene, which can be folded on the C-pillars in just 5 seconds.

This doesn’t affect the Adam`s body stiffness, as the British manufacturer has also modified the luggage capacity, making the car even more compact.

As for the interior, the Adam Rocks come in two trim levels, with peanut colored door panels and other minor tweaks, since the other trim level enhances a dark brown with blue stitching.

The engine lineup include a 1.0-liter unit with three-cylinder Ecotec with two other outputs, meaning the 86 hp for the 1.2-liter unit and the 1.4-liter engine and 99 hp.

The Vauxhall Ampera, the British counterpart of the Chevrolet Volt, is powered by an electric motor offering a driving range of 80 kilometers thanks to a 16 kWh lithium-ion battery.

However, Vauxhall offers a 1.4-liter gasoline unit which acts like a range-extender for a total driving range of about 500 kilometers.

“With our new pricing, we show our straightforwardness and continue to pursue our strategy for sustainable mobility,” adds the company.

The same price drop was applied in Germany as well, where the base model starts at €38,300, an improvement of €7,600 to be more specific. If you want more equipment, the range-topping Electron variant comes with a starting price of £30,495.
