The updated version of the present Mitsubishi Triton has been released in Australia, the model being available with a base price of AUD 22,300 in the GLX version. The top of the line Exceed Double Cab 4×4 can also be had at $AUD 48,000. See the full prices in the media gallery below.
There are a lot of updated features now available on the entire Triton range, starting with 16-inch and 245/70 all-terrain tires in the GLX 4×4, and continuing with other high-end characteristics in the higher-end versions.
For instance, the GLS and Exceed versions are equipped with the latest 7.0-inch touchscreen interface for the Smartphone Display Audio, coming with full smartphone integration, and adding other cool stuff like heated front seats, electro-chromatic rearview camera and so on.
Speaking of smartphone connectivity, Tony Principe, Mitsubishi Australia executive, has also stated that the carmaker has “upgraded every model in the 2017 range to enhance Triton`s appeal with smartphone connectivity on GLS and Exceed, upgraded audio on GLX and auto air-conditioning on our value-leading GLX+”.
