The Germans at Volkswagen officially unveiled the Golf Edition at this year’s edition of AMI Leipzig. The new model was previewed by a concept with the same name.
It sports new 17-inch alloy wheels, tinted windows and xenon headlights. If the exterior tweaks are not convincing, the carmaker prepared more improvements for the interior.

Buyers will get leather upholstery for the seats, Alcantara inserts, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and a black roof liner.

The illuminated door sill plates also look nice as well as the wood trim and the Composition Media infotainment system.

A wide array of safety systems such as Blind Spot Detection and Adaptive Cruise Control are available as well. Pricing and availability details on the Volkswagen Golf Edition were not released yet. Expect complete details to be available in the coming weeks.
