It seems that Cadillac faces a delicate situation as a small but yet important issue forces the company to recall the 2013 XTS sedan.
The new American sedan, which just entered the local market in the previous months, needs to make a visit at the dealership as faulty rear seat head restraints might not lock in correctly which, in case of an accident, the chance of injuries increases.
The recall is scheduled to begin this week, the company following to replace the components in questions without any cost.
According to Cadillac, the affected models were manufactured between October 12 to August 30, this year.
Even the problem is not very immediate as it occurs only in case of a crash, we really suggest treating this seriously and taking a trip at the Cadillac dealership to solve this issue.
