Jeep released official pricing details for the new Cherokee SUV in the United Kingdom. The American model starts from £24,495 and comes with standard equipment such as 17-inch alloy wheels, rear park assist, LED taillights, dual zone climate control, leather-wrapped steering wheel and Bluetooth connectivity.
All these features are available on the entry-level Longitude model while the Longitude+ gets you an Uconnect infotainment system, GPS navigation and a nine-speaker audio system.

There are also two better-equipped trim levels, Trailhawk and Limited, which bring Nappa leather seats, larger alloy wheels, bi-xenon headlights and also a wireless smartphone charger.

Under the hood, UK buyers will get a 2.0-liter Multijet 2 diesel engine producing 140 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque.

A more powerful version of the same unit developing 170 horses and 350 Nm of torque will be available as well. The new Jeep Cherokee will go on sale somewhere in June in the UK.
