The Mercedes-Benz flagship coupe, the SLS AMG hasn’t exactly been what you’d call, lacking in power so far.

Even so, the Germans behind the Kicherer tuning firm reckon it could do with a bit more schnell.
Enter the Mercedes-Benz SLS 63 AMG Supersport. This version of the German beast of a coupe sports no less than 610 horsepower. Exactly how Kicherer squeezed that much power and 494 lb-ft of torque out of the same V8 engine the car comes with in stock form has not been announced.
On the suspension front, the big Benz now has a custom kit, designed by KW Automotive. The new suspension kit features better handling but similar ride comfort and a lift kit to help around poorly designed parking and speed bumps.
The interior remains unchanged on the SLS AMG Supersport but the exterior does feature some new highlights. Stuff like a carbon fiber front spoiler lip and rear diffuser have been added.
You can also spot the new stainless steel pipe covers and you’d be blind to not notice the Kicherer RS-1 multi-part forged wheels that are 19 inches in diameter.

Sadly, we have no word on pricing, but it will almost certainly compete with the Widestar Brabus SLS.
