Mitsubishi released photos and details on the Mirage Hello Kitty Edition, a special model designed for the Japanese market. Priced from 1,116,570 yen or approximately $11,500, the new model comes with a special pink exterior finish, new cover for the wheels and other minor styling tweaks.
Inside, you won’t find exactly the same pink color but you will get special upholstery with the well-known character being present.
According to Mitsubishi, if this special edition proves to be a hit, they could offer it on other markets as well.
For now, the Mirage Hello Kitty Edition will be sold in a limited series of 400 vehicles, starting November. There are no details about the engines which will be available for this model.
The Japanese carmaker says that the Mitsubishi Mirage Hello Kitty edition comes to celebrate 40 years of existence for the character.
