The sixth generation of the Volkswagen Golf R gets yet another tuning kit from SchwabenFolia, only a day after Cam Shaft revealed their tuning program for the same model.
If Cam Shaft improved the performance of the VW Golf R by giving it a power boost to 321 horses, SchwabenFolia provides a total output of 325 horses.
This power is squeezed from a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine which gets a remapped ECU unit, new high performance exhaust system and few other tweaks.
At the exterior, SchwabenFolia provides a new matte grey finish with contrasting red stripes. The German tuner also fits a new set of 19-inch BBS alloy wheels with 235/35-19 tires, an improved H&R suspension able to lower the ride but also an adaptive electric chassis control.
For now, there are no pricing or availability details on SchwabenFolia’s tuning kit for the outgoing Volkswagen Golf R.
