The special 2014 BMW i8 Concours d`Elegance Edition has been sold out at an amazing high price this weekend, the model receiving its new owner for the right price of an auctioned $825,000, during the Gooding & Company’s Annual Pebble Beach Auctions.
Since the retailed price for the 2014 BMW i8 Concours d`Elegance Edition was set at $135,700, but with a little promo help from the famous TV presenter Jay Leno, the super hybrid was sold at the staggering aforementioned price.

The BMW automaker has long praised the outstanding performance done by Jay Leno and the BWM`s CEO in North America, Ludwig Willisch, who both managed to have contributed at the model`s successful auction sale.

The one of a kind 2014 BMW i8 Concours d`Elegance Edition has been customized with the BMW Individual Frozen Grey Metallic finish at the exterior, while inside, the super hybrid is wrapped with the Dalbergia Brown leather upholstery.

To make things even more interesting, the 2014 BMW i8 Concours d`Elegance Edition has also showed up at the auction with a “laser etched Concours d`Elegance Edition badging and the embossed headrests.
