The 2015 Audi Q7 was caught in camera while performing some tests at Nurburgring, as the car is preparing for a public unveil at the 2014 Los Angeles Auto Show next month, or perhaps at the 2014 Paris Motor Show in October.
The 2015 Audi Q7 SUV will be the first SUV that will be riding on the future MLB Evo platform, which is actually the successor of the present Q7`s MLB structure.

The 2015 Audi Q7`s MLB platform will be also present on the rest of the Volkswagen Group`s SUV models like the fresh new Bentley, Lamborghini Urus or the third-generation Porsche Cayenne and Volkswagen Touareg.

Since the 2015 Audi Q7 will be using materials like carbon fiber and aluminum, the SUV will be easier with around 650 pounds, which is a significant change compared with the present model.

Under the hood, the 2015 Audi Q7 will get an engine lineup in the US, namely 3.0- and 4.0-liter TFSI units, along with a 3.0-liter unit TDI.
More than that, a plug-in hybrid will be also available, with a gasoline-electric drivetrain in the US. On other worldwide markets, the Audi automaker is likely to offer a diesel-electric setup.
