Kia has recently announced the prices in the UK for the all-new 2016 Optima, the base entry-level being priced at 21,495 GBP.

The model is available in four versions, each one coming with its own price tag: the 1.7 CRDI 6-manual ISG2 with 21,495 GBP, the 1.7 CRDI 6-manual ISG3 with 23,495 GBP, the 1.7 CDRI 7-speed DCT ISG3 with 24,895 GBP and the 1.7 CDRI 7-speed DCT ISG4 with 28,895 GBP.

All versions come with standard features, like dual projection headlights with static cornering lights, LED daytime running lights, or the 17-inch alloy wheels.

Inside, the 2016 Optima is launched with a 7.0-inch satellite navigation, dual automatic air conditioning, cruise control with speed limited, electrically folding mirrors, and so on. The safety systems include the Electronic Stability Control, Vehicle Stability Management, Typre Pressure Monitoring, Hill-Assist Control and electronic parking brake.

Under the hood, all four versions will pack the same 1.7-liter CRDI turbodiesel, with 139 horsepower and 340 Nm of torque, hooked to a standard six-speed manual or a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox. The new Optima returns 67.3 mpg while the CO2 emissions stand at 110 g/km.
