Mercedes decided to take the wraps off the all-new GT3, a model that shares a lot of the features with its Mercedes-AMG GT sibling. The German model meets FIA GT3 specifications, therefore, is ready to compete in this type of races.

Under the hood sits a big 6.3-liter V8 engine capable that is similar to the one in the SLS AMG GT3 but received some power improvements. A six-speed sequential transmission sends power to the wheels. Further performance details and figures are yet to be released by Mercedes.
