Ford decided to take advantage of the opportunity and reveal the Titanium Sport trim level for the S-MAX at Geneva. The new grade equips now the top-of-the-range model and offers a lot of features both inside and out.
Power will be offered by a wide choice of engines, Ford pointing out the new 1.5-liter EcoBoost engine producing 158 horsepower. The new unit also comes with an Intelligent All-Wheel Drive system.
The American MPV comes now with larger 18-inch alloy wheels, revised spoilers, a panoramic glass roof with power sunblind (optional) and a new set of LED headlights. The latter sport a Glare-Free Highbeam technology.
This system can be fitted in the “safety” category as it is able to reduce the amout of light so it won’t dazzle other drivers. Ford says that the system analyzes the incoming traffic as well as the cars that move in the same direction as you. At the interior, buyers will find Napoli leather seats with a special red contrasting stitch.
Ford released no pricing or availability details on the Ford S-MAX Titanium Sport but considering that the model is already out and this is only a new grade, it should go on sale pretty soon.
