Subaru released official details about what we all thought that is the BRZ STI model. In fact, it proves to be the BRZ tS concept, a model revealed at the Fuji Speedway.
Power is provided by a 2.0-liter unit producing 200 horsepower and 205Nm of torque. In terms of styling, the Japanese concept benefits from new front and rear bumpers, a rear wing, kidney grille inserts, side sills and new wheels.
Inside, the company offers Recaro sports seats, new steering wheel with red stitching and revised gear shift lever.
According to Subaru, the new BRZ tS will be produced starting October in a limited series of 250 vehicles with pricing to start at 4,090,000 yen or around $42,000.
However, the new model will be available exclusively in the local market, Japan.
