The Swedish are really keen on selling their 2012 Volvo S60 to the Americans. It’s the only thing I can see as being behind their latest pricing campaign for the U.S.

In their latest announcement, not only have they dropped the price, of one of the versions but also added a new financing scheme.
So, if you were looking for a new mid-sized saloon from Volvo, you’re in luck. For example, the S60 T5 FWD has gotten a price drop of $450 to just $30.795 (plus destination).
This is all very nice, not only do you get to save 500 dollars on a new Volvo S60 but you’ve now got a more attractive lease plan offering.

Speaking of which, the U.S. division of Volvo have setup a financing option that means that you can get a special introductory lease rate plan of just $299/month.
Pretty decent stuff, but where the 2012 Volvo S60 really shines in terms of special offers is in post purchase services. This is where you get 5 year or 60,000 miles in full warranty and free maintenance (tires not included though).

I guess it’s moves like this that will see more and more people be attracted to the 2012 Volvo S60 and that’s a good thing for two reasons. The S60 T5 is a good car, and Volvo have been full of prep for more sales.
