We’ve shown you spy photos with the new-generation Jaguar XF but it seems that the British company has not done yet with the current model. That’s why they introduce now the Jaguar XF R-Sport Black, a model that promises to offer £8,700 worth of equipment for only £2,100 compared to the standard R-Sport model.

At the exterior, the British model stands out thanks to the huge 20-inch Kalimnos alloy wheels and a total of five paint finishes. Under the hood we find a 2.2-liter turbodiesel producing 200 horsepower and 450 Nm of torque.

This is the only powerplant available for the Jaguar XF R-Sport Black and is linked to an eight-speed automatic transmission. With these figures, the 0-100 km/h sprint is possible in 8,5 seconds with a top speed of 225 km/h.

These figures are relevant for the sedan as the bigger and heavier Sportbrake version is 0,3 seconds slower and is capable to hit a top speed of “only” 214 km/h. At the interior, Jaguar offers a premium Meridian surround audio system (770-watt), sports seats with memory function, leather upholstery and a heated windscreen.

The standard front parking sensors and the rearview camera will also help you handle the car much easier in tight spots. The new Jaguar XF R-Sport Black is available now with a price tag starting at £38,350 for the sedan and £40,850 for the Sportbrake.
