Just as most other Italian car makers, Maserati produces vehicles that seem to permeate a strong character.
The Quattroporte, while a bit more docile than its GT counterpart, is a car that can still claim that.
Under the hood, it sports a standard 3.0 liter twin turbo V6 engine capable of churning out 410 Hp and 550 Nm of torque. There is also the option of a more powerful 3.8 liter twin turbo V8 engine. This unit will produce 530 Hp and 710 Nm of torque.
Depending on which engine you go for, the Maserati Quattroporte will be able to accelerate to 100 km/h in either 4.9 or 4.7 seconds, and it will top at 285, respectively 307 km/h.
In order to get some more attention to this gem of a car, Maserati released a video portraying certain stages along the assembly line. The car maker wants to outline the fact that the Quattroporte “combines Maserati’s traditions of craftsmanship with cutting-edge technologies”. Check it out for yourselves below.
