The new Alfa Romeo 4C, namely the production variant of the concept with the same name, is getting closer and closer to us with new details surfacing.
Scheduled to hit the stage for the first time at the Geneva Motor Show this March, the new Alfa Romeo 4C is very likely to get a 1.8-liter unit and also a roadster version.

Firstly, an Alfa Romeo dealer claimed that under the hood we will find a 1.8-liter turbocharged unit producing 237 horsepower.

With these figures and a lightweight structure, the Italian sports car should be able to do the 0-100 km/h sprint in about 5 seconds with a top speed limited at 250 km/h.

We also have some information on the starting price of the upcoming Italian model. The new Alfa Romeo 4C will begin somewhere around 56,000 with a total of 2,000 units to be produced. Full information will be released by Alfa Romeo at Geneva next month.
