The DS 5LS model from car maker Citroen is a very nice sedan, designed and built with the new Chinese market in mind.
And from the first looks, the manufacturer holds China in high regard. Either that, or a lot of photoshop was used.
Performance wise, we didn’t get much, apart from two engine choices, namely the THP 160 unit and the THP 200 one. Only one transmission will be used for both engines, and that is a six speed automatic. Moving on from the powerhouse, we get to see a very good looking vehicle.
From the large front grille that inserts into the headlights and to the rear end, the DS 5LS has a very smooth line to the design. Inside, future customers will be surrounded by leather upholstery, wooden features and metal bits, all high grade and premium finish. Come March of 2014, the first units will be shipping out from the Shenzen plant in China.
