Seat pulled the wraps off the all-new Leon ST CUPRA, the high-performance version of their well-known model. If the hatchback models were unveiled earlier this year, the wagon variant is now presented with all of them going to debut at this year’s edition of the Geneva Motor Show.
Under the hood sits a 2.0-liter gasoline engine producing 265 horses for the Leon ST CUPRA while the Leon ST CUPRA 280 comes with 280 horses.
Linked with a standard manual transmission, the latter sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in 6,1 seconds while the DSG gearbox cuts 0,1 seconds off the sprint time.
The standard Seat Leon ST CUPRA is also 0,1 seconds slower, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 6,2 seconds with the manual transmission and 6,1 seconds with the DSG.
At the exterior, buyers will get LED headlights and taillights, 18- to 19-inch alloy wheels, a Dynamic Chassis Control system and a roof-mounted spoiler. Inside, Seat offers LED ambient lighting, Alcantara-wrapped sport seats and a Media System Plus infotainment system.
